If i could give them ZERO i would. On 31 October 2025, i bought myself a slow cook as a birthday gift. I only used the thing twice when i realized that it seemed like it was licking. I was away in December. January 2026, i took it in to have it checked and they told me they cannot fix. Hardly two month of using the and it is damaged. PATHETIC SERVICE. Now i am stuck with with a slow cook that does now work. Money gone to waste. If i may add, while i was waiting to be served, a guy was bringing his Orion speaker for the second time as it odes not charge. He wanted his money back and they refused . DO NOT EVEN BOTHER BUYING THINGS FROM HIF CORPORATION BECAUSE ONCE THAT THINGS STOPS WORKING, YOU ARE IN DEE ****. I WILL TAKE MY MONEY ELSE WHERE.
While i agree with a few comments but not fully, i can confirm that i too was attended by Dr Djan who is a neurologist, in September 2026. I have DVT on the left and had this constant pain (like i was being poked with needles). He actually helped me with the problem and advised me it was something to do with veins since i am anemic. He prescibed medication and can confirm that poking feeling is gone. However, i must confirm that he does come in the wee hours. I even asked one of the nurses and she told me that Dr Djan ONLY DOES HIS HOSPITAL ROUNDS AT NIGHT, during the day he is else where. His offices is closed during the day. He is not much of a talker, appeared to me as soft, and shy - people might take this in a bad way and say he's not friendly, but that's his personality and he does know his job.
If there was ZERO i would have selected that because that is all this company deserves, BIG ****MER of note. Do not enter into anything with them. Their number is 021 422 1457. They ****med my uncle an amount of R510,00 debited the account in September 2025. This is ***** and people are falling victim for this. I spoke to a Precious Magidigidi who did not seem interested and was rather unprofessional, with a stinking attitude because i told her she must cancel this immediately. This is not the write way to run a business, by robbing people and taking advantage of the elderly, especially in the BLACK COMMUNITY. I will be taking this further with the relevant bodies.
I, Ruby confirm that i went on a solo trip to Mozambique on 8 - 10 August 2025, with VW Travel Tours for the first time. It was a great experience. The host and driver were very kind and accommodative. I did not feel lonley, made friends and had a time of life. VW Travel their best to be on time and be professional. It was just sad and frustrating that we felt disrespected by three friends in our taxi who disappeared for a whole 2 hours. We couldn't find them. Our driver Matodzi, looked for them everywhere and remained calmed. Great customer service he has. I hope that people take note of this serious issue and have regard to other passengers whenever travelling. RESPECT ONE ANOTHER. To VW Travel, i will be travelling with you again to other countries and thank you so much for the hospitality and your professionalism. To many trips - cheers. OBRIGADO.
Dealt with Miss Makopi Sedia recently. Wow. Very professional. Knows what is expected of her and exactly what needs to be delivered. Very patient with people. Keep up the good work Makopi. Cannot thank you enough.
