Do not trust this business. Leeroy came to assess my coffee machine for repair and advised that he would need to take it with him for further inspection. He then quoted over R4k to replace the brewing unit. I researched the part, and found that I could purchase it for R1,5k and it was literally an entire unit that just slots in, no dismantling required. We declined the quote and asked for him to return the machine. For two weeks he promised daily to bring the machine back, but never showed up. He then stopped taking my calls or answering my messages. When I then messaged him that I was going to open a theft case with the police, he responded : "I still at another client. I cnt leave a paying client and rush to you for a call out fee.. will bring the machine when im free.. otherwise you can come get it at our workshop.. if opening a theft case makes you feel better them go ahead and do it.. but im not leaving a paying client to attend to one that is not paying. I have responsibilities to take care of.." I had to arrange for an Uber to fetch my machine, at my cost, which he refused to release without me paying his call-out fee. When I finally got my machine back and put in the new brewing unit, it did not solve the problem. I did some research and then purchased a new Pin for the flow faucet for R170. I've just installed it and it works perfectly. So, Leeroy cost me: R1500 for a new brewing unit I did not need R300 call out fee R200 Uber =R2000 for a fix that only required a R170 part. Either he does not know his business, or he is a complete ****mer. I'm leaning towards the latter.

I recently bought a voucher for a full day spa at Aesthetic Elements from you. I am extremely unhappy with the service the supplier provided and have made several attempts to contact you about this with absolutely no feedback from you at all in 3 weeks. You have taken my money and run and now that I need assistance with a complaint you have no interest in me at all.

I will never buy from you again and will make sure my network of friends, colleagues and acquaintances are aware of how untrustworthy and unreliable your organisation is.
I bought a full day spa for 2 as a gift for my friend visiting from Australia and was left feeling embarrassed, disappointed and ripped off.
The full body massage was ok at best, the Indian Head massage was some weird hair knotting exercise which didn't even come close to what an IHM is supposed to be and the Mani and pedi were laughable. I have never in my life had a pedi (even an express one) where a nail file didn't even touch my toe nails and where I left with my own nail polish on my toes. Please visit some of your competitors websites to see the definition of an express Mani and pedi.

The 60 minute facial consisted of a face wash and a mask - I go for facials regularly and professional salons can do a lot more than that in 60 mins, ridiculous.

For the \Salt Glow"we were shoved into a room filled with salt with no explanation of what the treatment was supposed to entail and then left to our own devices until we eventually decided to just leave.

As a parting gift I was then told that in order to pay for the two smoothies my friend and I consumed I would need to go through a full security check at the gym.

Several attempts to contact you have gone unanswered """
Thanks so much to Kevin, Carl and the team for your amazing presales and on the job attitude. Nothing was too much trouble and our new pool looks amazing!

We would happily recommend your services to anyone!

Best regards,
Angelique and Adam McKenzie
