The worst service ever, they put you on hold for over 10 minutes and nothing is resolved! I’m ready to move out of these apartments and it’s only been a week on smart matter
I love the concept of the app and I am truly happy with the bags I’ve received so far and the the service of the establishments. I am happy and wish they could add more stores to it
Started off on a bad note, I couldn't get the esim activated and it took them 3 days to sort it out. Their communication at that time was terrible. The esim is fixed now and I haven't had any issues yet. #BlackFriday
I have no complaints, I always receive the best service and I am happy. I highly recommend Prime.
Every month I come on here because this seems to be the only way I get help. The app is not updating my trips, sometimes doesn’t log a trip at all. I have been calling for over a week now and I still have not been assisted! This is really frustrating because I pay and not receive service due to me! Your services are truly the worst.
The absolute worst, they keep double billing me and each time I call I’m promised it will be reversed but nothing changes! I’m kept on hold for long with no help at all. Do not ever be in business with them. I regret taking them on.
