Dishonest refund policy
I have been waiting for a refund of a product that was returned in perfect condition in June 2024. All efforts to make contact with the company have been unfruitful. If they respond, the response is an empty promise. Save yourself the trouble and don’t do an online purchase with this store. You’ll wait forever if you’ll need a refund.

Horrible Road side assistance
Roadside assistance horrible. The service providers that 1st for women work with in the Pretoria North/Garankuwa region are pathetic. A roadside service provider was assigned to me, I had to call the driver numerous times to find out where he was, because I could see that his vehicle wasn’t moving . Waited for over 30 mins for him to arrive while he was supposed to have arrived 8 mins of receiving the alert. When he arrives, he’s obviously clueless and calls his boss who recommends the car to be towed. Waited for 3 hours for the tow truck to arrive. My car broke down at 18:53, only got towed at 22:03. The service provider that 1st for women enlisted is Murambo Towing Services. 1st for women please work with reliable and competent service providers.
