They are running a **** promotion called GetLow&win a Polo Vivo. You buy one of the participating products then enter the competition by sending a "unique code" on purchasing slip. I've been trying to enter the code since 17:43 until now & they keep responding with the same error message since. The code does not go through to the so called competition.
I do not appreciate how the centre management is handling the E-hailing rides and taxi association situation. We cannot be bul**** or dictated by taxi drivers not use e-hailing rides as Maponya customers and the centre is not doing anything about it. Customer's rights are being violated by taxi drivers and nothing is being done about by the centre.
I bought a pair of shoes(wooden platform blockheel white) 98600262867 at Exact in Southgate mall. I only discovered after a week that the left shoe had a factory fault.I then returned the shoes to Exact in Maponya mall as it is the nearest for me. Upon visit to the store I was told by the sales consultant that I need to order the shoes again myself online as they were sold out in their shop.I then suggested that since it is their factory fault they shouldn't frastrate me as a customer but for them to find the shoes from other neighboring stores then have it delivered to Maponya where it will be convenient for me to make an exchange.I was then told by the store "manager" Ms Kega, that if they were to do that then the store is gona charge me extra from what I have already spent on the shoes, which I blatantly refused as they need to account for their fault financially so if possible. The assistance I got from the so called manager wasn't a pleasing/welcoming one as she dismissed me by saying they will contact me as soon as the shoes arrive at the store (Maponya mall) without even taking my contact details but I insisted myself for her to do so.The manager was so uninterested in my enquiry and feel I wasn't treated well as a customer.
