This website is a ****. I paid but never received the goods. The two WhatsApp numbers as well as the email address goes unanswered. The address is for a residential house.
My first JBL speaker was an exceptional piece of equipment, sadly it was ******. I replaced it with a JBL Flip 4. What a disaster. The battery did not last long and now I have to continually lower volume because the audio quality cuts and distorts on the peaks. Stay away from this brand.
<div>I paid Council Solutions a deposit on the 5th May 2019. To date, after repeated requests for an update both via email and social media platforms, they have not done so. Nor have they made any attempt to contact me after confirming receipt of the deposit.</div>
This review is short and simple! We paid the deposit for Council Solutions to open a file and begin the cross checking our City of Joburg account. We have never heard from them again, besides multiple platitudes promising to report back to us at some future date.
This company simply disappeared after I paid my deposit. Repeated calls garnered repeated promises which were never fulfilled.
Historically their customer service has been poor. Then last month they increased my subscription by 37% without any notification that this was going to happen.
<p>Discovery Insure sent an external service provider to replace my car windscreen. This whole process was problematic.</p> <p>1. I was not told when selecting a date and time that I would not be able to drive me car for 5 hours after fitting.</p> <p>2. The attitude/communication s**** of the technicians from Grandmark Autoboys was poor.</p> <p>3. The technicians stole a large metal light fitting out of the complex parking garage. Fortunately they were seen by my employee and when phoned and confronted they admitted their crime and returned it.</p> <p>4. I know this is post the fact but my air vents don’t seem to be operating with the same strength.</p> <p>Since this happened I have tried to communicate with Discovery Insure on multiple occasions through multiple channels; I replied to emails, using the website. I even contacted Discovery Health (who are very pro-active and helpful) to intervene, but this too proved fruitless.</p> <p>I am annoyed that they refuse to engage with me on my issues and choose rather to flatly ignore me.</p>

<p>We needed a faster internet connection for our office.</p> <p>Mweb advised us we could get an upgrade to either 20 or 40mbps, we should first ask telkom if they could this. We called Telkom and they told us they can only provide 20mbps in Yeoville. We then applied for an upgrade.</p> <p>Then were had to replace a perfectly workable modem to a bigger modem that could handle the 20mbps. Next was to get the upgrade from Mweb.</p> <p>Six months later after months of ignoring us, sending unqualified technicians and telling us there is nothing wrong, This last excuse featured promently in their reasons why someone else was at blame.</p> <p>This week we eventually get a technician who understadns the issue and tells us there is no way Telkom can provide 20mbps in Yeoville!</p> <p>"It's not a problem" he says, phone sales and get them to refund the six months.</p> <p>Nice - who is going to refund the modem and six months of Mweb service charges?</p>
