No customer care
Made a manual payment and they still debited sent over 4 emails and have been calling hour to hour but with no assistance no one is taking calls. I want my refund0 replies

Horrible Service
I am utterly disappointed. To have waited 26 business day only to find out that after 26 days my claim was never processed. They keep mentioning that they will escalate to an administrator. But no email or any form of communication has been made.1 reply
