I have received TWO sms's to say my parcel will be delivered between 8;00 and 17;00 (Friday). IT IS NOW 19:11 and the status reads " parcel will be delivered next BUSINESS DAY?" this is BUL****. I have cancelled all appointments for today and FOR NOTHING!!! when is Next business day? Monday? So I have to arrange my planning AGAIN?
I AM FAR BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!! When I called, I asked how much it will cost me. The person on 0760954499 said it would be R450. I am a pensioner and had to check my budget and accepted the quote. When the technician arrived: 1. I had to give him ladder to use 2. He told me that my extraview decoder needed a splitter so I gave him the splitter and had to make up the cables 3. I had to call DSTV from my phone to get the error resolved. And now I had to pay R1782.50 - THIS IS DAILIGTH ******* for using my equipment and less than 20 minutes of work.
Not happy with outcome from this business. Was quoting for a job but then only part was done and i was expected to pay the full amount.
My contract expired and went to an MTN shop who could not provide me with a reasonable solution so I chose a Month-to-Month package. When I got home I found they have put me on a 24-month contract. Since then I have been communicating with various people from MTN. eventually someone called and said he will give me a 40gb anytime contract instead. But i had to pay a Service fee of R374(excl) and discovered that the data is MTN Choice of 40gb - USELESS as i am a pensioner and sleep at night, so I dont need night time data. So my original contract of 50gb anytime reduced to 20gb daytime for the same amount of subscription. This is unfair.
