We have been struggling for 18 months to get an audit finalised having to resubmit documentation more than once and still not having an outcome on our audit.
Money was taken out of my account on Sunday 23 March. I tried log a dispute via the FNB app but the app was not working. I phoned FNB and the person who was assisting me just said they will get back to us. NO ETA. NO explanation regarding the problem. And when asking him questions he just keeps quiet. Terrible Terrible Service. How does something like this happen?
On Saturday 6 July 2024 I subscribed with my email address that I usually use to DSTV for a streaming service of R699.00 per month. I did not get any email correspondence or any subscription service from DSTV. Since then I pay R799 monthly for DSTV services and I still have no service. I have been trying to sort this matter out with DSVT since July 2024 and to date my problem has not been resolved and I am still paying monthly for a service I don't have. This is extremely frustrating as no one at the DSTV call centre is able to assist me, there are not supervisors who can assist with the matter and the only response I keep getting is that my email address is not on their system or that I only have an Easyview account with them and that they will escalate the matter.
