Customer service is non-existent
Customer service is non-existent, i changed my debit account, in december up to now they havent updated it, then they debited my old account and the payment didnt go through since i dont use that account anymore, now i cant even get anyone to pick up my call to resolve and pay this missed payment. Their app and website dont help either.

Harassing Me
I paid my termination fees with Ignite Fitness, but these people have been harassing me even though I don't owe anything, using the ref:86996 they keep emailing me about making payments.

Avoid them
horrible service, I paid their termination fees, send them my proofs of payment they did not allocate my funds to my profile so they took to the lawyers VVM attorneys. I have been harassed by VVM attorneys even though I paid and the mistake is with Ignite Fitness. I keep calling Ignite Fitness and they say they allocated my funds to my profile but VVM attorneys still harass me.

Horrible service
This company is the worst, i called to cancel my contract during the cool off period because i didn't end up purchasing the car, they said they will cancel the contract never did but continued to debit me. I kept calling them each time they say my case is being escalated wasted so much airtime. absolutely horrible
