I am sick and tired of the increasing rates, since January 2016 their rates has increased 3x!!! In January I started paying R240..then end of February I paid R319.00, now I hear that in April I will pay R345.00. What fuckery is this?!!
UNISA staff do not answer their phones!!! How does people get employed and not attend to their job specifics like answering telephones? I have called 10times and eventually my fone is dropped by the staff every single time I fone.<br> <br> Fire them if they cannot attend to their jobs!<br> <br> Maybe install a call centre that handles queries, and reduce unnecessary staff.

FNB needs to END/CUT it's relationship with PAYTOZA (PTY) Ltd, most of their R99.00 fraud scams originate through this company that does debit orders for 3rd parties, because PAYTOZA does not verify the legitimacy of these 3rd companies. its best to terminate its relationships cause I suffer, every month I have to contact the bank to stop & return a debit which costs me additional charges. I cannot be paying administration fees for fraud transactions being done on my account & FNB needs to do something as Special Assignment has now exposed these banks that are not vigilant!!<br>

I sent 2 of my colleagues to go and buy food for me, chips and russian. What came back was the most disgusting hard like bricks chips ever. They were all expired in my opinion, these were not freshly sevred chips but overnight made chips. Im so angry becuase as a Momentum Satff we have a Partnership with Pick 'n Pay and to hame expired food being sold is totally way off mark, i threw them in the bin without thinking twice. Total waste of my money.
I would like to place of grievest concerns and hurt regarding the Momentum Medical Aid that is have, this is one of the most incosiderate Medical Aid one could ever have. I am now listed in ITC because of a Medical Aid that refused to pay for Xrays and hospitalization done back in 2008, i now find myself with a high debt and i just found out that my recent admittance at a hospital last year and this year both for half days were not fully catered for by my medical aid...for goodness dake i pay R2000, what happened to the money i have been paying that cant take care of my bills when a time arises??? i have had it with this medical aid,. As an employee im angry at the fact that im not even allowed to choose a different medical aid because it goes against what is required and im forced to jyst stick by a medical aid that does not serve me well. Ive had it with the Attorneys threatening me with payments, while eevrymonth for 1 person i pay over R2000.00 this is daylight robbery!
