Dstv added an insurance without our consent so now the have cancel my subscription they said I own them R461 , and I paid them R600 which is more than I was supposed to pay ,
Poor service it's been a year since I logged a claim but even today they haven't responded me, even their call center has poor service, if I could rate them I can say -100 they don't know how to help people and treat people well they have bad service I just they can find another company to help mineworkers
I wanted to join insurance from Vodacom but I have read from other people reviews, I'm no longer interested in any products that Vodacom bring, because they always disappointing, and my friend was complaining that he lost his phone that was valued R24000 but Vodacom told him that his covered for R15000 , I'm still shocked and how come you buy a phone for R24000 then be covered for R15000 it doesn't make sense to me
