Beico did the compliance certificates at a property I purchased earlier this year. Upon taking occupation I realised that the toilet takes 40 mins or more to fill and I queried this with them. Barbara undertook to send someone round to resolve this. This was at the end of February 2024. I am still waiting, depsite having followed up with Barbara. Last time we corresponded she admitted that she had deleted the request because she has a lot to cope with, but even after this which was at the end of April, I have still not been assisted. It seems to me that Barbara and her team simply aren't interested in quality work and customer service. I will certainly not use them when selling.
Paid Craig Blewitt weeks in advance, having arranged for the floor to be done on Thurs 22nd and Fri 23rd February. Unfortunately transfer was delayed by a day but Craig suggested doing the work on the Friday and Saturday instead, all good. But then at the end of the day on the Thursday I contacted him to confirm his starting time for the Friday. He said he had accepted other work instead. My furniture removals were planned for the Monday so I lost the opportunity to have the floors sanded before my furniture arrived. Badly let down by Craig who really didn't seem to care but did at least return my money after I'd followed up a couple of times. Can't recommend Advanced Sanders to anyone.
Without doubt the worst moving experience I have ever had, organised by Anelia who has done nothing to respond to me about the extensive damage to my furniture. They were very effiecient before the move but the damage started immediately on site when packing up - even furniture they wrapped was damaged. Anelia doesn't seem to care and there has been no response from their Customer Care department despite contacting them repeatedly. See Google Review for full details and photographs.
Vodacom took R29 from my airtime for my vodamail account even though the website clearly states that email accounts under 3gb are free of charge. Ordered stationery for our office on 18 May. Nothing arrived. Today I received notification that the delivery is delayed until 2 June because a pack of rulers is not available. There was no option given to remove the rulers from the order to get the important items here sooner. I'll never use Takealot of business orders again.

Simply no respect for customer wishes. If not removed today I will port to MTN. Life is too short for this. Vodacom keeps reinstalling VoLTE on my phone despite my calls to them to remove it. It is poor quality and I want to stick to the normal GSM service.
