Deseased estate department useless and just promises every week to wait another week for finalization. Will come back in 24hours. Never comes back. Ridiculous service. Would not even give them one star.

Coloplast, the bloodsucking, heartless and non-economically feasible **** artists of the century.
This company is an absolute **** and rip-off. After doing some research I noticed that urostomy bags can be imported at a fraction of about 2 dollars for the bags and base plate (requiring supplier license), where-as Coloplast charges over 10 USD for each bag. This company takes advantage of the fact that people have chronic diseases and sicknesses and banks on that by forcing a 1000%+ profit margin just to line their pockets with the inconvenience and suffering of people because they are the sole supplier in South Africa. Can't wait for a different supplier with a soul to open up an affordable distribution line in SA. I also can't believe the government is taxing these chronic medical supplies that I need as a person in order to live my life, forcing even worse conditions where if I don't pay these outrageous prices then I can't even continue my daily life. R6000 for 30 bags is an abomination compared to the number of bags (roughly 10x the amount) I could have gotten if I were to buy them overseas.
