I bought a 100 ml dolce and Gabbana light blue early January. Was so excited about this purchase but to my disappointment the smell doesn’t leave the room. It’s doesn’t last. I’ve used this perfume several time but due to laziness I opted to buy it at takealot instead of Edgar’s. The return stipulated that goods can only be turned if not used. How was I to know its smell doesn’t last for me to complain? Im utterly disappointed and disappointed by takealot. I’m never gonna buy any perfume from them even if its 99%,
My car was fixed by Hugo’s panel beaters and PGS insurance did not approve all the fixing therefore work was done satisfactory. To cut the long story short I complained here and my issue was taken by their head office. Maritzburg central panel beaters was chosen as the initial repairer. I was treated professionally and treated with the outmost friendliness. The owner Steven went above and beyond his call of duty to make sure I’m satisfied. 1. He fixed the petrol ⛽️ cap that had mismatching color to make it look the same as the whole car( FOR FREE) 2. He fixed the back bumper that was initially fixed by Hugo’s by painting over the scratch and it still showed ( FOR FREE 3. He even assisted that some of the faults that were not quoted to be approved and he fixed them I love my car 🚗! I’m extremely impressed with their workmanship. He kept all promises and over delivered!!!!
We had one of the most degrading experiences in Nando’s today. The cashier was extremely rude, a security guard had to even be called due to her rudeness! I doubt I’ll ever go there again or I’ll end up in jail!
I had lodge a claim via vehicle insurance and was told by the Welkom broker called Marcil to look for two questions in Pietermaritzburg and I did and emailed them to her. I was later instructed to take the car to Hugo’s panel beater, which never saw my car or gave a quotation, I then asked how can I take my car where it was never evaluated. Then Marcil told me that it was quoted using pictures I sent. I left my car there on the 27th of November 2023 and when I came back to pick my car was partially fixed! I complained to the panel manager that the left fender was not fixed as agreed upon with the insurance. I was then told that they fixed what was approved by PGS. I then called the lady I mentioned earlier and aired my dissatisfaction with the work and after a heated argument her manager Yolanda then called to say the matter would be fixed, but never did. They had said they will call me early January to return the car to be fixed completely but never did. I thought I’d let this go but it dies but sit right with me, as I had never skipped a payment through the duration of the insurance, yet PSF Welkom failed to honor their end of the bargain and couldn’t careless if I’m assisted or no!therefore, I believe it was be unfair to be sold dreams by PSG and failed to deliver when it’s time to .
