I am writing to formally raise my concern regarding an order I placed on 22 January. On 24 January, I received an SMS stating: "Your DUNNS order is out for delivery today. You'll receive a tracking link when you are our drivers' next stop." However, I never received my order. I followed up again on 28 January, where I was advised that the matter would be sent to the relevant department. I also emailed the order email address provided and was informed that my order had been escalated for urgent attention, but that your warehouse was experiencing a technical issue, and that someone would get back to me. As of today, 3 February, I have still not received my order. When I contacted your online chat support today, I was informed: "Please note that your order has not yet been processed." I find it extremely concerning that nearly two weeks later, my order has still not been processed, especially after receiving confirmation that it was out for delivery. This is the first time I have experienced such poor service, despite having ordered from you many times before. My experience with Maskscara has been absolutely incredible! I wish I could give more stars because my experience with them has gone above and beyond. Since I started using their products in April 2025, I’ve been completely hooked on their Maskscara nail products. I was ordering something almost every week, and now I have nearly 75 nail polishes and so many more of their products. I even started one of the trainings for myself with them and look forward to completing it and trying the other trainings also. Even though I’m not a professional nail artist, my “happy corner” at home looks just like a salon – all for myself! From day one, Maskscara's service and support have been amazing. Whenever I had questions on social media, they were there within minutes to help. Even when I struggled with the app, they assisted me quickly and professionally. I’ve never had such incredible online service – I do everything through their app! And we haven’t even talked about Friday Live and all the nail competitions they offer. I’m so hooked that I even shift my lunch break to make sure I can watch! I want to thank the entire Maskscara team – your service and products are outstanding. I will continue using your products for life. PS: My birthday is in November, and my Wishlist is full of new goodies. I hope my fiancé is ready for it. 😊 Keep up the amazing work, Maskscara team!
To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a *****ulent transaction that occurred on my account on Friday, 17 May 2025. The incident involved unauthorized access, where all the funds in my account were taken, including an extension into my overdraft facility. While I appreciate that the *****ulent amount has since been refunded, I was extremely disappointed to find that I was still charged an R200 honouring fee due to insufficient funds in my account at the time the *****ulent transaction occurred. This charge is deeply unfair, as the transaction was not authorized by me, and the insufficiency of funds was not due to my actions but rather a direct result of the *****. I should not be held financially responsible for the consequences of ******** activity that targeted me. I respectfully request a full reversal of the R200 honouring fee charged to my account. Though R200 may not seem significant, in the current economic climate, every cent matters — and more importantly, this is about principle and fairness. Thank you for your urgent attention to this matter.
I'm a huge fan of caramel drinks, and after my fiancé took me to Abantu Coffee in Eco Park to try their salted caramel frappé, I can honestly say I won't be going back to Starbucks for one again! The salted caramel frappé at Abantu is simply the best. I've tried it both with and without coffee, and it's amazing either way. The staff is always friendly, and the coffee quality is outstanding. It's so close to home and has quickly become a place I hold near and dear. I just wish I’d known about their app on my first visit—I would have racked up so many points by now! Thank you, Abantu, for offering affordable, delicious coffee and creating such a welcoming atmosphere. Keep up the great work, and please don’t ever close—I'm a loyal fan for life!
