I received my order SC72597 on the 5th of December and there was a pair of Ipanemas missing. After sending the Customer Service an email and numerous phone calls to date I still have not received any feedback even though I was told that my matter will be escalated. I am disappointed in Shoe City as i have paid for something that i have not received and now i have to run after them. I just want my money back you can keep your shoes
Order ZA120128778262 cleared customs on the 7th of November but till today i have not received my order. My second order that cleared customs on the 10th was delivered on the 12th of November by Buffalo. There is no update on their system it just says received at site. I have never had any problems in the past with Buffalo but Speedaf is the worst.
I bought a Defy Fridge on 16 March 2024 three months later the freezer section was over freezing and the rubber seals had to be replaced which was done by Defy customer service. The plastic clips on the glass shelves of the freezer section have now broken off as a result of that when one pulls out one of the freezer draws all 3 of them comes out and can easily fall out. The fridge also makes a terrible noise. I have called the customer service and they advised that I have to buy the shelves myself as it is not part of the guarantee and they will send somebody to come service the fridge because of the noise. I am really disappointed in this fridge and I waisted my money on something that is broken and have not even lasted me a year and this fridge has been a problem from the start. Defy appliances are not as reliable as they used to be in the past their appliances are now flimsy. I will never recommend this brand to anyone and I will certainly not be spending my hard earned money on them again.
