Online order taking more than 5 days to be delivered

I did an online order on the 20th November because I needed the item urgently and because I'm working I didn't have time to go shopping till today today is the 28th and I haven't received my order when I check the online player it has not moved since the 20th meaning I should not be expecting my order anytime soon it's better or during action from China then here in South Africa because they are taking their time just to deliver in item that a person needs it's very inconvenience thing when you order online is all about convenience but Mr price does not do that very unprofessional and they don't consider their customers when they ordering online and never going to order online ever again because of the experience that I got from Mr price

Shop closed in my face before the time while it is my last day to pay for my item

I'm disgusted by the service I got from Cash crusaders in Khayelitsha mall today.Im writing this in with a broken heart.I rushed to the shop today as it is the last day to pay for my phone if not I will lose it only for the door to be closed at my face I explained to the lady that I have to pay today or I'm losing the phone and she said the system is not working but how as there where people still paying in the shop she was liying. I told her if my phone is sold I will deal with her personally. I will never do business with them in my life which means there are making people loss there items deliberately.
