MetroFiber service is pathetic and the finance department is ***********. I made my payment before the first of the month, ensuring that my account remained in good standing. However, despite this, my service has been disconnected. When I called your support team for assistance, I was informed that the finance team had knocked off and that no one would be able to assist me until the next day. This is highly frustrating and unacceptable, as I have fulfilled my obligation by making the payment on time and expect uninterrupted service. I wouldn’t recommend this network as it ****s its customers.
Today, I went to Spar Clayville at the Mall of Tembisa to purchase a combo deal that was on special and set to end today. Unfortunately, one of the items included in the combo was out of stock. I approached one of the staff members for assistance, and she advised me to speak to the manager, Simon, to request a rain check so that I could pay for the combo and collect the missing item later when it becomes available. I followed her advice and spoke to the manager. To my disappointment, Simon refused and stated that Spar does not do rain checks and only Pick n Pay offers such services. I then questioned why I was advised to speak to the manager about this if it isn’t a service Spar provides. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive a satisfactory response.
