received a call back from mtn customer service after not being happy with the way my issue was resolved before I got a call back today by an agent named Dibuseng Mavundla she was able to explain my query clearly to me and it made so much sense she had sympathy n listened to my concern. And issue well keep up the good customer service
I have long paid up my contract account but they refuse to give me a paid up letter and close my account they are sending me from pillar to post
Good day, Today I had an incident where' by I called the call centre because I wanted to know the final balance of my account so I can settle the debt since am working now to my surprise as I tried to explain to the call centre agent my query she was rude to me not once but twice when I called I kept calling to see maybe I can get someone more rational to speak to who is not going to shout and be rude toward me to my frustration it became and screaming and shouting match as I proceeded to ask her why is she being rude and disrespectful towards me n not listening to what I have to say she hung up on me that was a female I didn't get her name either, I then proceeded to make a second call again to get someone to speak to a guy picked up I tried to speak to him aswell as I tried explaining to him what my call is about am not sure weather he was having a conversation with someone next to him or stoping me from explaining my self I then proceeded to ask him is he gna let me speak or must I let him speak then a whirl different argument erupted from there on wards am very unhappy with the service I got from your call centre agents that is not the way to treat customers or the way to do business when someone wants to know a simple thing relating to their account am very upset to say the least I was at work when I made the call and it ruined my whole day id appricate it if those agents are called to order about the way they behaved because I had to waste my work time to argue with them over nothing all I wanted to know was my foschini balance so that I could settle it and that didn't go as planned they should employ more competent stuff
This month I had paid up my telkom contract account and called them to get it closed different agents I spoke to but still could not assist me I really need to close this account before they Debit me for something am not using anymore they telling me it the number and contract will get canceled automatically at the end of the month which is bull**** lies they want to keep debiting me after struggling to pay that account I'll nva recommend anyone to use telkom they even refused to give me a paid up letter I will not be held liable for paying an account that I keep begging them to close even thou they don't Want to am sick and tired of this with their *********** call centre agents who don't know what they are doing this is ruining my life and credit score I just want this account closed before the end of this month it's making me sick am tired
