It should do something about multiple complaints from its customer concerning Speedaf. That logistics should be never allocated to anyone! We have logged many tickets on shein about speedaf and still there is nothing its doing to protect its customers from such ****mers
Yoh very horrible experience. My parcel from Shein never got delivered since the 4th of October. Last week Monday they promised it was going to be delivered within 3 to 5 day but they never came. Its another week and they dont respond at all. They dont respond their emails, they dont update your tracking status. They dont answer calls at all! I dont even know what to do at this point. This is **** COMPANY
This is the most horible service in South Africa. They dont pay up, ignore our messages. I have emailed, called and sent whatsapp mesaages and texts but they dont respond. They simply blue tick and ignore. I filed for a claim last year July and till now after a year plus they havent paid up. They received our money from Sars a long time back and we even sent them our banking details but still they simply ignored. I dont know what to do anymore. This service looks like a **** and ran by *******.
