Dear Makro Customer Service, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I have received. I placed an order for a bicycle via your online system on 22 November 2025, and today, 22 December 2025, a full month later, the item has still not been delivered. This was intended as a Christmas gift, and I allowed more than sufficient time for delivery. Yet, not only has the bicycle not arrived, but I have also received no communication from Makro regarding the delay or any explanation. I have had to follow up repeatedly, and each time I am promised a call back—which never happens. This level of service is unacceptable. I expect immediate action and a clear update on the status of my order. Please treat this matter with urgency and respond promptly.
The owner of the townhouse I was renting passed away and my lease came to an end with Mimi's Real Estate and after about 2 years of not having a lease the executor of the estate gave me notice to move out and that there would be no claim against me. I contacted Mimi's Real Estate to advise her that I had been given notice and to find out when I would be paid my deposit. Once I have received my deposit, I saw that she had paid me R3863.00 short. Her reason for the short pay was: 1. For a fine that I had received for my dog making a noise but the body corporate did not follow the correct process and Mimi's Real Estate was told not to pay it. Keeping in mind that I only moved into the townhouse because Mimi's Real Estate confirmed that I could have a dog. 2. My toilet was broken from the previous tenants, and I had to fix it, so I held back the rent and advised Mimi's Real Estate who then told me to pay for the fixing and take it off the rent which I did but then I get charged interest for late payment. 3. If I am given notice to move out how can Mimi's Real Estate take off a R2000 cancellation fee. I contacted the rental tribunal for assistance and OH MY WORD that was useless.
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service provided by Buffalo Logistics. I was eagerly awaiting a delivery that was scheduled for Saturday, 14 December 2024, but to my dismay, the delivery did not arrive as promised. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that the delivery was not successful due to no one being home of which was a blatant lie as I was home and the parcel is now being sent back to the warehouse. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I was unable to escalate the matter as there was no manager available on site. This lack of accountability and transparency is unacceptable. I trusted Buffalo to deliver my package on time, and they have failed miserably.
I start my two-pot process on the 26 September 2024 and still have not been paid. Every time I follow up all I get is an email apology for the delay and now I am only getting paid on the 27 December 2024. Why???? The whole purpose of the two-pot was to help people that are in debt. I am absolutely saddened at the time the process if taking.
