Impossible to connect by phone after holding for >12 minutes; and email enquires not responded to.
It is simply IMPOSSIBLE to connect with this horrible, unhelpful useless company. Emails are not read, lie chat will keep you holding on all day and phones are never answered. No wonder they are so busy - customers are bailing out because of this.
i have been holding on to phone call to the help center fpr 1 hour. my priority has moved from 17 to 9 in that time. similarly, waiting an hour for an agent on their chat site

Amazing service
I've been a customer for more than 20 years, my account paid by debit order without fail. On 14 July my internet service was suspended without warning for an amount of R2.33 (two rand 33 cents!) claimed to be overdue by Mweb. I paid it immediately and in the night, received a message that my my account was active but internet service was still not working. NO HELP over weekends so only on Monday was a VERY helpful technician able to restore service
Tanny is punctual, professional and really knows how set of fix TV installations especially DSTV
They say ship in 2 days but once i had placed and paid for the order, I see I can expect it in 2 to 3 WEEKS. I wonder .....
The bank doesn't care that they get rotten reviews nor do they show any concern for this customer's problem that has been in process with their CUSTOME CARE(?!!) centre.
BEWARE: If you have a problem, you can only interact on the app with 'an agent'. My experience with an issue has be Revolting and it is IMPOSSIBLE to escalate the matter to a supervisor or, in fact, anyone other than the agent
