I am totally disgusted by the way the so called service desk assist there customers, you have 2 ways to contact them one by online chat o there web page and whatsapp. neither of them are help-full. When you have a problem you wait forever to get through to any one and even if you do they give you absolutely no updates or any feedback. and because of this I lost a contract with a potential client. these people working there have no sense of pride in there work or even value there customer cause all i ever get is "We reprovisioned the link and allocated a new IP" or "Please unplug the fibre box and router for 5 min and plug them back in and monitor the connection" If anyone wants to use this ISP i would strongly not recommend them as there after sales service is disgusting

I have been struggling with Cartrack just to get correct information and to be sent to the correct department. I have been sent from pillar to post since December. My insurance sent Cartrack a lead so I can have the needed devises installed in my 2 vehicles. Not one individual I have been talking to could assist me. As mentioned I get transferred to different departments, in some cases i get told they not getting through and there is noting they can do. Is this seriously how you guys treat potential new customer. It comes across as if the staff do not know the products they support, also feels as if I am asking them a favor.
The new applicant process with Bonitas is a joke. Sent an application for myself and to get my spouse and kids on the medical aid only to be sent from pillar to post, first I was told because my spouse and kids were already on medical aid with them, they had to cancel first. We followed the steps they supp**** and canceled their medical aid only to find out the messed up the cancelation cert with the incorrect end date, and request after request goes unresolved. Further to that we have been struggling to get the new application to be completed for almost 4 weeks. Every time it is one excuse after the other, every time you have to phone them and explain the entire mess to someone ells and not to mention the Agile health that apparently assists with new application, it went on so long that it was eventually escalated to one of the managers only to get a response that they are out to a year end function and that they will rather follow up on Monday. This was a complete disgusting experience and I would defiantly advise people not to go with Bonitas at all.
