I bought a bed last year on the 12th of May from Bed 2 Go, brick field branch... Within 6 months, the spring at the front of the bed starting jetting out and the bed then started to become weak. I have sent numerous WhatsApp messages to their WhatsApp number because they requested proof of payment as well as pictures of the bed (which I still have proof of). I have tried calling and each time I call, they say they have sent thru my request and they are awaiting feedback from head office. In January I sent thru another WhatsApp regarding a follow up and all of a sudden that WhatsApp number does not work as my message is still showing 1 tick. I tried calling in on many occasions this year and I was told that someone will get into contact with me to come and assess my bed. Till today, no has come and I have not received any responses regarding my request... It's past 1 year now since my initial complaint to them and nothing has been sorted...
At the beginning of June this year, I had taken up a contract with Cartrack and was advised that after installation, a consultant will contact me regarding the pro-rata amount I will pay and if I am unable to pay it at that time it will be deducted end of the month together with my next payment. I was unaware that a debit will just be done without a consultant calling me regarding the pro-rata. When they tried debiting me, it returned as unsuccessful and I was sent a link to use and make payment manually. I had then made payment via eft and proof of payment was sent. The next day my account was debited again which meant a double payment was made and I had sent an email with proof of payment I had made as well as the debit that was taken off my account and requested for a refund. Till today which is the 26th of November, I have not yet received my refund and this matter has been going back and forth with them requesting proof of payments etc so many times... In August I was sent an email to say that the refund has been requested but I have not received anything to date. Another matter is regarding the refferal campaign. I have referred 2 clients and both clients have already had their devices installed but I still have not yet received my 2 months free for both clients. This is unprofessional coming from a company so well known and highly regarded.
