I received an MTN Router via Rewardsco that never function because there is no internet coverage in my area. I called Rewardsco and I was told that I must return the router at my nearest MTN store, which I did. The reference number for my query is RITM4348951. My bank account is still being debited for the same router that never worked.

I'm being sent back and forth from Rewardsco to MTN for a cancellation and refund of the deducted amounts.
They are a useless insurance company, they don't pay claims.
I wish to formally express my dissatisfaction with the conduct of MiWay Insurance regarding the handling of my claim. My experience with the company has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. For more than 18 months, MiWay has failed to properly process my claim arising from their insured client. Despite numerous attempts on my part to seek assistance and resolution, the matter has remained unresolved. What is particularly concerning is that instead of addressing the claim and providing the necessary assistance, representatives of MiWay threatened me and pressured me to remove my posts on HelloPeter. Such conduct is unacceptable and appears to prioritise suppressing legitimate complaints rather than resolving them. As a customer seeking fairness and accountability, I expected professionalism, transparency, and timely assistance. Unfortunately, my experience has reflected the opposite. I trust that this matter will be taken seriously and that MiWay will urgently address the outstanding claim in a fair and professional manner.
MiWay Insurance’s handling of this matter has been deeply concerning. Instead of providing professional assistance and fair claims support, the approach taken has felt intimidating, ****** and unhelpful. Instead of providing a professional assistance in a claim, they resort to acts of bulling and threats. According to them and their lawyers, a third party claim is not a claim to be honored meaning that they don't offer a comprehensive cover to their own clients.
My claim has not been processed, its been over 16 months
Bad Insurance to insure your vehicle. Their comprehensive cover is a delusion that is meant to deceive consumer. When it's time to claim, they don't pay. You will be confronted with excuses after excuse.
I write as the affected third party in relation to the above claim, which was rejected on the basis that your insured driver allegedly suffered a medical condition while driving. I formally demand immediate settlement of my claim. Your refusal is unfounded and unsupported. No credible evidence has been provided to demonstrate that the driver’s alleged medical episode was sudden, unforeseeable, or legally absolves MiWay of liability. As a result of your refusal, I have suffered substantial damages to the vehicle and storage costs.
I’m very disappointed with the service I received from MiWay Insurance. My claim was handled poorly — communication was inconsistent, and the process dragged on far longer than expected. Every time I called for an update, I received different information and no clear timelines. I expected professionalism and accountability, but instead, I felt ignored and undervalued as a client. MiWay’s lack of transparency and urgency is unacceptable. I sincerely hope they review their customer service standards because this experience has completely destroyed my trust in the company.
MIWAY INSURANCE is delaying my claim for more than a year, trying to find faults and reasons for not paying the damages to my motor vehicle. I am starting to think that the ************** is because I'm a black woman against a white man.
