Worst customer service ever!! from the staff across all the Cape Town branches to the service desk team! escalated a matter more than 10 days ago about a wrong account payment allocation, it’s just a minor issue that would normally take less than 48 hours to fix but it has been more than 10 days ago already and I ended up “missing payment due date” according to them, over a payment I made before time. I hate this company with my all
I’ve had the worst experience ever with fnb this year alone. Their service is extremely poor & they will always tell you to wait for 48 hours (that 48hrs is 1 to 2 full weeks by the way). Just now, I thought I was doing a good thing by depositing money to my personal loan, because I wanted to finish paying it off. I payed the money but they still deducted the money when it was time to deduct, which was not a problem because they had already sent out debit orders when I paid. But now, I wrote to them countless times about a refund because loan is now paid off, they are still sending me left right and centre and my money is still not in my account after 2 goddam weeks.
I’ve tried about 6 products from I&J so far this year, and I can’t tell you how disappointed I’ve been with each & every single product I’ve tried! their chicken patties, burger patties, fish cakes & fish fingers look great from outside until you try them.
