Poor customer service
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the sales and services I received from your company. My recent experience left me feeling interrogated and treated like a ********, which is both unacceptable and disheartening. I specifically encountered a staff member named Maureen, whose attitude and lack of people skills were particularly poor. It is essential for a receptionist to demonstrate professionalism and courtesy, qualities that were sorely lacking in my interaction.
