HORRIBLE SERVICE I placed an Order on 27 May, on 1 June the Order status changed to Order Packed. It stayed on Order packed for more than a week before the status changed to Order handed to Courier. Currently the order status is DELIVERED. But I have not received my parcel. I phoned the help desk and the lady I spoke to said the website is incorrect, it is still at the Courier. That was a WEEK ago. I STILL DON"T HAVE MY ORDER. This is the WORST online shopping experience I've ever had. Horrible services, FAULTY IT SYSTEMS. NON DELIVERY. I want my ORDER!!!!
We have contacted E- Engineering on numerous occasions with regards to problems with the system. On 17/11/2017 Morgan the technician was on premises and disconnected the system and batteries. Morgan verbally said on premises that this was an improper installation due to the lack of protection should solar panels fail or spikes be experienced. It was at this stage a full re-installation and overhaul was promised. We are now almost in APRIL 2018 and They don't respond to emails, don't respond to phone messages, they've disappeared of the face of the earth, and we are sitting with a Improper Installed, FAULTY, Solar solution that is disconnected. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
Hi there, I have an open fault with Telkom on my Telkom line. For the past few weeks I've been complaining about slow speed. I'm on a 10mb contract but constantly only get 0.48 - 1.2mb. Which is totally unacceptable. First they told me my line could only handle 4mb. But on Saturday a technician put the port at the exchange up to 8mb. On Saturday and Sunday I go a constant 6mb download speed. But Yesterday afternoon it was back to 0.57mb ... I phoned Telkom and queried this, the call center agent Nicky reset the port and then after that NOTHING wants to work anymore. She was going to phone me back to let me know if a technician is available, but never called me back. I'm an IT contractor and I NEED this line up or otherwise I'm losing working hours. This is a serious issue. I'm also fed up paying for a service and a speed I don't receive!!!! Please can this be sorted out ASAP.
