I bought a memory card from there wynberg branch today that does not work. An they won't take it back.

Home affairs wynberg complete waiste of time.6
Biggest buch of lazy idiots at the wynberg maynard mall branch. They treat the people like animals. My wife app**** for her new ID on the 5th January she still hasn't got an sms. Every time we go there they say there is nothing they can do. She emailed the regional manager. 2 weeks later no reply.

I don't you can't any worst customer service then shoprite head office or supervisors on the floor. Wynberg is a no go awful service. They are lucky to get a 1.

Faulty systems
Spar wynberg cape town advertise specials in there store but when you get to the till an the cashier rings it up the price is different. Then the customer or another staff member must go into the store to check the price. I've had to go back an take a photo of the shelf price to prove to the cashier the price on the shelf.

The staff is very well trained they have all the information they need at hand. An are excellent an persersent salespeople. It's excellent to get such good service today.
