Wow, wow, wow! From my first call to track a parcel to having it delivered this afternoon, everyone was extremely professional! Thank very much.
I sent an sms to Vodacom to cancel one of my contacts and received information back from Vodacom on 11/2/2015. The cancellation request was never processed. In February 2025 I received a call informing me that my contract was already renewed and I cannot cancel. This person tried to force/bully me into a product that I did not want. I contacted Vodacom today again to try and get written confirmation of the cancellation date only to be told that the contract expired on 5/3/2025. I tried to again cancel my contract today only to be told that the call centre agent left a quotation open on the Vodacom system and until they have resolved the issue internally I will not be able to cancel! In the meantime Vodacom keeps on debiting my back account!
On 9 December the driver of DK19YPGP destroyed our complex gate. I have left three messages on Anton cell phone and at the company reception and he is just ignoring my calls.
