unique sucks

WORST SERVICE!!!!!!!! your being stalked and no matter what you will be treated as if you are a thieve! unfriendly staff and overall the worst service i have ever received.

WORST SERVICE FROM THE FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT !!!!!

So on the 25th of September my 1 year and 4 month son was rushed to casualties due to very high fever, we had to pay R2000 before they would see him and said we can get a refund from the hospital if he gets admitted, which he was, when he was discharged the medical aid paid everything in full then the fight started, after speaking to the casualty department I was referred to Frieda Bronkhorst who I have been emailing and phoning for 2 MONTHS with NO RESPONSE, I have tried speaking to a manager NO RESPONSE once again the only people answering are the operators, Frieda and Yvonne are just declining any calls and ignoring emails.

So this review is for one amazing employee with the name Daniel at the Life healthcare head office thank you for your great customer service you are the only person that has helped me after I have tried for 2 months to get a hold of Frieda Bronkhost for the casualties refund.

bad service

lets startat the begining the 28th of november I had an appointment for 3 in the afternoon technician did not show up I called in and 40 mins later I got rescheduled for the 5th of december at 12 again technician never showed up and when I phoned in there was suposedly n problem with my debicheck and when it was fixed I was recheduled once again now again its the 17th of december and SUPRISE they did not show up once again I know as soon as I call in they are going to sing the same tune they do everytime "im so sorry this has happened we would have to rechedule you" and then they transfer me to the rescheduling department. im done waisting my time for people not doing their work.

So I have been strug...

So I have been strugling for a bit no one actually helping me to get the tracker then I spoke to Neo malela she was so helpfull and I actually got great service from her she helped me get a real appointment to get my tracker fitter where as I never had a real appointment because I never got any type of confirmation message so thanks to Neo i was sucessfully helped she is amaizing
