the worst department ever, i called them and emailed them but they never responded or call like the automated message said. They do not care shem. This was about kids right that were being violated at a school
I ordered a pizza on the Debonairs app, it was never delivered but on the app it said delivered. I phoned the store and they told me it was an error and the driver was on the way. Hours passed no pizza. Made several calls but still nothing. They ruined my kids evening.
Yoco is a ****, they give you the run around when you want to withdraw your money. They told me that the passport i was using is not the same as the one i used when registering my business so i updated everything and submitted the documents after Cipc approved. They then told me they waiting for Cipc to update, phoned Cipc and they advised that everything is updated and all updated information is visible to any company that needs to verify or view meaning Yoco was lying. After i called them they then said my Cipc returns are not submitted which is incorrect because i m compliant and all returns are submitted on time yearly. I gave them proof and they still give me the run around. It seems like this is what they do to foreigners, they even pass the phone to each and laugh at you while you are trying to get the service from them. I spoke to Siphiwe and also Revona and they were laughing and refusing that i speak to the manager. Highly unsatisfied and i need my money, urgently so. We try to be legit as foreigners and end up being given this bad treatment when we are making honest living and being compliant with all the laws of this country.
