I am beyond frustrated with the poor service I’ve received at Hyundai Brackenfell. A month ago, I brought my vehicle in to have the speedometer fixed — not only was it not sorted, but the problem continues. When the speedometer cuts out, the radio switches off and the indicators stop working too, which is a serious safety issue. Previously, I also complained that my car wasn’t properly cleaned after a service, but I let it go. Today, however, was the final straw. I took my vehicle in for a service, and the service provider called to say it was ready and had been cleaned properly. When I arrived, I was made to wait another 30 minutes. When I asked what was going on, I was told the car was still wet from washing. Eventually, a vehicle was brought out — and it wasn’t even mine! When I finally got my actual car, it hadn’t even been washed despite what I was told. On top of that, the speedometer issue still hasn’t been fixed. They claimed that the problem is due to fish water affecting the wiring — which is completely unacceptable. I deliver fish, yes, but a well-designed vehicle should not have exposed wiring vulnerable to water damage, especially not in areas where water shouldn’t be reaching in the first place. This level of service is unprofessional and disappointing. From misleading communication to unresolved mechanical issues, I cannot recommend Hyundai Brackenfell to anyone.
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding the billing for December. I have been charged for December, despite the fact that my Wi-Fi was not functioning properly during that period. Throughout December, I made countless calls to your support team to report the issue, yet it remained unresolved. As a result, I had to rely on purchasing my own mobile data to stay connected, which caused me additional inconvenience and expense. Given these circumstances, I find it unfair to be charged for a service that I could not use due to no fault of my own. I kindly request that you review my account and adjust the charges for December accordingly. I expect someone to contact me by 11:00 am at the latest today.
Worst service ever. They had to come through at 15:30 and I am still waiting. It is now 16:45 and still waiting. I have made several calls and no one can assist me. They better phone me asap and reschedule.
Our Wi-Fi has been down since the 2nd of December, and the service we’ve received has been unacceptable. The WhatsApp support line is ineffective and the agent never phones me. Calls drop after waiting on hold for several minutes. We logged a ticket on the 17th of December, yet no one has contacted us to address the issue. Despite making two additional follow-up calls, the problem remains unresolved. This level of service is extremely disappointing, and we are disgusted by the lack of communication and efficiency. We expect immediate action to rectify this situation.
