I wish there was an option for attachment. I bought a pack of 4 avocadoes at food *****'s market Bedfordview eastgate. I made coffee and when I opened them they were all rotten, black inside. Not partly rotten, completely rotten. I contacted head office which responded by saying the branch will contact me. The branch did not contact me and the head office contacted me to check if the branch contacted me and I told them that the branch did not contact me. It has been almost a month now and I am yet to receive any contact from the branch. All I asked was my refund but no one is talking to me. Now I have to use petrol again to go demand my refund.
Been here at Carlton centre for an hour and I am next in line but nothing is happening. The lady even went out and brought two people and squeeze them in front of me. This is unacceptable. No apologies none whatsoever.
We have been for couple of years. But this year was different. Gugu is fine. But I took my car in for starter replacement and it took them two weeks to get it fixed. They were not communicating with me at all. After paying for the starter I realised that my media selector nob has been broken which I told them before leaving. I was told that I must pay R9k to replace it. Then I spoke to the big man JJ who told me right from the start that I should escalate the matter to head office. I did, and he was forced to fix it for free. I'm never going back there. Even Gugu changes her face when she sees me.
