had a very disappointing experience at KFC Steeldale Mall (Johannesburg South). I waited over 30 minutes i was there in the evening at around 9pm to 09:20 in the drive-thru, which completely defeats the purpose of a drive-thru being quick and efficient. While waiting to reach the payment bay, a car ahead of me was stopped for an extended period because the driver was chatting and hitting on one of the staff members, despite a long queue of cars behind them. This was extremely unprofessional and caused unnecessary delays. When I eventually reached the pay point, the staff member assisting me had a poor attitude, which made the experience even worse. To add to that, when I collected my food, my receipt was withheld and not included in my food packet. I only realised this later, which is unacceptable for transparency and customer records. Overall, the service was slow, unprofessional, and poorly managed. This experience has seriously lowered my trust in this branch, and management needs to address staff behaviour, efficiency, and basic customer service standards urgently. I have uploaded my bank statement and the food i bought. please attend to this as a matte of urgency!
extremely disapointed at the service i have received from Teljoy, from not taking their payment for this month, and me receiving an sms telling me i must pay R394 while its them who didnt take their money in the first place, when i ask the consultant what that money is for and if they can break it doen for me, i was put on hold for 8 minutes until the call dropped, i needed a breakdown as to what that extrat money is for and they couldnt answer me on that.
bought a car from them, a week into driving it i realized the clutch was sluggish and told them about it , they said i must bring it, after bringing it in it stayed there for a full week without updates eventually called them, they told me they saw that the clutch was finished, why would they sell a vehicle with a finished clutch. i went to collect the vehicle the following week it seemed fine until i decided to take somewhere else for a full inspection and diagnosis they told me the clutch was never changed and the car had misfiring issues which was due to finished spark plugs they **** about performing a full service on the vehicle too, car was also out of alignment it was later revealed to me that it hit a pot hole severely and the control arm is bent.. bad experience with them
