This companies of *****. they said they will help you move you have to pay 60% deposit to book your spot on the day they tell you they're running late and then they will refund you that was on the 2nd of November today is the 14 of November and I'm still waiting for my refund they are full of excuses
MTN is the biggest sam of a company MTN commit ***** under customers profile so that customer gets overcharged and gets forced to take contracts out which they clearly state they cannot pay but get charged for it anyway on August there was ***** committed on our contracts we escalated the matter a *****ulent case has been opened. we have been fighting this battle since August no one of MTN can give us feedback we have to keep calling we have to keep asking they keep suspending as line after the *****ulent the department says we not going to pay for the Wi-Fi see that is not something that we want and we can't not upgrade out profile due to the investigation once the investigationb was closed no one informers we had to call we have to ask the people working on MTN we had to ask. and this from a loyal customer of 25 years plus been treated unfairly being traumatized by MTN it is unbelievable that the area manager and regional managers just send a email to their ponds and not even picking up a phone and calling the customer that has been traumatized for months a customer pleading for help accustomed can you please help me because I said I do not want this contract.I do not even know why I am complaining on hello Peter knowing that no one of MTN or pick up the phone and contact me. For MTN we just a number they have no service of customers they don't care for their customers they don't appreciate lower customers you are just a number and MTN will commit ***** on your profile so they can make money off you there's no way that our guys was a inside job the information on that contract was sold by MTN or someone working in MTN 0839592887
I am shocked in the experience that I just had I ordered through uber eats where did more than an hour for my food I had no issue with thatso apparently uber eats is showing that there is food on the menu which no longer available at Burger King you pay you place your order you give your tip you pay your delivery fee once you come to the door of the waiting more than an hour for your food only one of the two items around it's lighting the evening it's almost 9:00 and now only one person has food to eat for the night only when you call burger King she just apologize and say you have to wait for uber eats to refund me no one called me don't even drop the message no one know about anything it is pulling of the way she treated me that way and also say is sorry not even trying to do anything about my experience I will never ever put my foot at Burger King again Burger King vanderbijlpark 0839592887
I am disgusted with the experience I just had withuber eats then advertising food from Burger King that is no longer on the menu so you pay for it you pay for delivery fee you pay for the tip once you get your food you have noticed that only one of the two items has been delivered the delivery guy doesn't even know of any issues mind you you been waiting more than an hour for the food to be delivered once you call Burger King they said no I need to wait for uber eats to refund me because we they do not longer have that item on the menu she is apologizing when you give them suggestions of how maybe just cyst or anything else you just said I'm sorry mind you that no one's going to eat tonight because the other person doesn't want to eat in front of the hungry person because that is not how it works imagine you waiting up our it's now 20h27 we have a power outage now I need to go women alone climb in my car and find something to eat because uber eats and Burger King doesn't worry about customers certification 0839592887
No stars would I recommend MTN my mother that's a pensioner has been standing in the kitchen for 2 hours crying asking the billing department to assist her in 2024 September there was a *****ulent case whereby MTN gladly give out SIM cards without people's knowledge. a *****ulent case was opened we had no feedback we had no corresponded no one called was no one told us what to do no one said anything in the meantime we were trying to update still being loyalty in even though *****ulent cases is not a new thing for us fortunatelywe were trying to update our Wi-Fi contract whereby they said we cannot update our Wi-Fi contract due to the fact that there is still being a project case open and then we should only pay the amounts that we normally pay and once the project in case has been handed and sorted and been closed they were contact us until as when we have not received any communication now they are telling us that we have to pay for a contract that we did not choose it wasn't a way we are also we can have that our Wi-Fi contract and they said no no they would like us to pay my mother that's on pension the full bill after they have told my mom that we do not have to pay we only pay for what we normally have paid. She was holding on for 2 hours being transferred from one person to another no one calls her back no one helps her it's reference number of the reference number she's a pensioner we did not ask for this Wi-Fi contract and they telling it's uncap but it cuts out of the 15GB.even now she's trying to speak to someone that's working at MTN and he literally refused to help her
