Hello good people. Whoever read my last review about this Company would be glad to read this latest review. I hope some Companies could take notes and learn to listen and pay attention when consumers speak. Finchoice responded to my complaint and swiftly rectified the mistake. I want to commend them and tell people out there that could be looking for reputable loan Companies to know that this is one Company that listens to us and act accordingly. Thank you Finchoice. I appreciate that you returned my money which was debited without my consent. Keep up the good work and keep listening to your customers.
I got a loan from Finchoice two months ago. I app**** online and when I tried to skip the part where they want one to fill up details for the insurance policy they wouldn't allow me. I had no choice but to add a beneficiary but I didn't enter all the details for the beneficiary as I only needed a loan and not an insurance. Later one of the Agents called me to get details about the beneficiary and I told her I had no choice when I filled up that insurance policy as it's attached to the loan yet it's not Finchoice. I sent the email to ask them if they can remove the insurance and they said my money will not be deducted but they are deducting money from me for that policy evem though they don't have details of the beneficiary. I wonder if anyone has experienced something similar. I don't understand why they would take money from me for the policy that I don't have.
I'm extremely disappointed with Pick n pay Asap in Tokai. I did an online shopping for small grocery items today and it was a little after 1pm. I waited and they kept saying my order is delayed and they are waiting for a driver. At 15:22 they sent me a message to say my money will be returned into my account. It turned out they sent me an email about the same time to say my order has been cancelled. Imagine waiting for your grocery shopping only to be told your money will be returned without any explanation as to why. I could have gone to the shop and back instead. I had to draw my own conclusions based on the comment that the immigrant driver that they sent last month made that my area is not safe. So I can only assume Pick n pay didn't find a driver that could come to where I am. Pick n pay employ ******* immigrants who don't want to go to areas where South Africans live why? Why not give these jobs to South Africans who deserve them hence it's not even rare skills. South Africans who will be willing to go to these areas that the immigrants don't want to go to. Strange enough these immigrants come from the worst crime infested countries hence crime got worse when they arrived here yet Companies like Pick m pay encourage them not to serve South Africans who have no choice but to live where the immigrants don't want to live. I'm currently visiting a friend in Capricorn who's going through difficult time and I'm here to support her. Pick n pay refuses to offer me services based on the interest of the ******* immigrants who don't want to go to the locations even though it's their people that have occupied every space even in these locations. I'm extremely disappointed with Pick n pay. The driver that Pick n pay sent last month saw that the place where I am is secured and I even offered to have him park his motorbike inside gated yard. Sic
I want to start off by saying that Pick n pay has been my most trusted store until now. I tried for the first time to place an order online via the pick n pay asap and have I ever been so disappointed and let down by pick n pay driver? It was like a slap in my face. I've been a loyal customer at Pick n pay for years but last night I was let down in the most dusgusting way by one of the asap drivers of Pick n pay. I placed an order online via asap App and the time was little after 18:00. I was given the time for the delivery which was 19:00 to 20:00 pm. I monitored my order and saw that at 19:30 they said it's pending and between 19:38 and 19:40 they said my order is on the way and around 19:57 I received a WhatsApp message saying the driver has arrived with my order. When I got out to the security gate the driver was gone. The driver literally drove away with my order and didn't wait for me. I received a message afterwards from Pick n pay saying my order was cancelled due to a customer unavailable. I mean I was there and pick n pay driver couldn't wait for me for 2 minutes to get to the security gate. That's how *********** pick n pay delivery drivers are unless they maybe pay more attention when the order is placed by a white person. That driver was a pathetic lier. I was there and was waiting anxiously for my order which by the way included my breakfast which I couldn't have this morning. All I received from pick n pay was the message that I'll be refunded. I didn't need a refund. I needed my small grocery items delivered. It was my biggest mistake to think I could trust that process.
I'm extremely disappointed with the way betway treated me. I deposited money to my betway account via EFT using my bank App and not betway pay. The money didn't show in my betway account. I contacted betway immediately on Wednesday the 19th and spoke with the Agent who asked that I send the screen shot. I was asked to wait for 24 or 48 hours for the money to reflect and I've been waiting since then. It's 10 days now betway hasn't returned the money. I spoke with 4 Agents and 2 asked for a screen shot and 2 for my banking statement but nothing happened. I'm very disappointed at betway South Africa. It's not right to treat your customers this way. I hope betway will see this review and fix this issue.
This was the most comforting time for me and my partner after the experience that we had with the Agoda and crazy zebra ****. We booked with this guest house. I have no words to describe the beauty and the satisfaction that we both had with the service. The place is spectacular with the amazing view. I would book my vacation with this guest house in a heart beat and I recommend it to everyone who wishes to book a stay. On our first night my partner and I had a barbecue and a swim. They have everything one needs. I have nothing negative to say about this guest house. Everything was up to standard. It makes you feel like you are in your own little house. Privacy inside and outside the rooms. Pleasant people around. We were like we are in our own little home. I love gardenia and am looking forward to booking my next visit with them. Always. My partner and I spent the night there and the second time we thought of booking a place again, gardenia was our first choice. So we had two nights with them in total. I love this guest house and I want to say thanl you to the owner of the guest house. Thank you for such great service. I had an awesome time at your guest house.
This review is mainly about Crazy Zebra Hotel in Cape Town which Agoda gave us when we made our booking. As I've already written my review about agoda I cannot write another review. This one is particularly about Crazy Zebra Hotel that my partner and I used twice. We used this so called hotel and on our first night we had a horrible experience. Our second visit was compulsory. We had no choice as they refused to refund us. On the first visit to this hotel we were given a room with no bathroom door. The door was taken off and placed aside. In the morning during our check out we couldn't have shower as there was only hot water in the shower and no cold water. On our second visit it was a nightmare. The room had the most dirtiest curtain and a small table with a plastic chair plus a small locker for our clothes. On both occasions there was no TV in both rooms. We had to use public toilet as there was no bathroom inside the room. Toilet doors were broken and didn't close. People were having *** in showers. There were no shower doors. It felt like I was in some kind of a brothel or a who're house. I am not disappointed but disgusted with what Agoda the **** company subjected my partner and I into. My partner wanted us to just let them have our money and not use their room but I refused as I felt it would be unfair to pay for something that we didn't use. I ended up regretting and wishing I should have listened to my partner. We were a decent couple yet there we were. The victims of **** Agoda and crazy zebra. I want to warn anyone who wishes to book a place to never fall into the same **** that we found ourselves fallen into.
<div>I'm a bit disappointed with betway. I've cashed out a few times before even if it was not much but the past few days have been worse. I spent over 500 on jackpot slots but no winning. I think betway has enough money in the world to give poor people a chance to win. Otherwise my overall experience with betway has been nothing but great, only if people who bet from nothing can be given a winning chance. I'm sure betway team can see with bets if one has money or not. To take the last penny one risks spending with no guilty conscience is not right. I know one bets on their own risk hence it's called gambling but come on betway you can come up with something to give people like us a chance. Thank you for ypur service though. I'll keep taking my chances. Maybe one day I'll get my luck when I least expected.</div>
I booked with this Company on new year's even for 2 days. I read all terms of service and no statement was included on non refund policy. I booked for the 31st and the 1st and as soon as I completed the online payment these ****mers gave me a different date which was 13th and 14th of January. The date automatically defaulted just after I made the payment. I tried to contact them through Zebra who also came up after I completed my booking. My partner immediately contacted Zebra but is now unable to prove the conversation as they have disappearing message option set on their WhatsApp. This Agoda **** sent me the email confirmation but it's a non reply message. I managed to get get a consultant at this Agida **** who when I asked for a refund said I can't get refunded but instead I must pay over 1200 which is double the amount I paid for the room. I tried to contact my ABSA bank to have the payment reversed but haven't heard from them either. South Africa is a really ****ed up **** country on its own. Everywhere you set your foot it's a ****. Every click you make online its a ****. Every ****** thing in this country is a ****. Sic.
