Bad property management and development
Barlow Park in Sandton Katherine Street I don’t recommend anyone to move in don’t pay any deposit or sign any 12month lease. First of all when I moved in here Ayanda one sales women **** to use and forced us to pay more without any notice or proof. Secondly Sarel the manager here **** to me also about moving to block B told me to pay a fee I paid it and straight after that they asked me to pay more without notice exactly what Ayanda did to us I think it’s a way for them to pay themselves commissions and lastly there are water issues here all the time and even if you pay for your water they still don’t put it on including you have to pay for parking and when you do your parking space is taken and fingerprints don’t work for safely not good and the manager seems suspicious disorganised. I am very concerned about this place and others wanting to move in or even business I don’t recommend people to do business with this company.

Hi today I went to motherland coffee in benmore santon when I made my payment the till lady added her own tip which was more then my bill this is not acceptable.
