Good ,outstanding service from Edwin Moswane of Vodacom insurance.my claim was cancelled with no reason,he escalated n hardly an hour,my claim was approved,almost gave up and was cancelling my insurance .you have an asset in Edwin ..keep up the good work

Wanted to dispute debit order,went onto their chat online on FNB app,could not get a resolution,called ad spoke to a consultant..I believe people are better to resolve problems efficiently n effectively than online chats..sometimes on that online chat the consultant doesn't even give you chance to respond but cut off your chat in just under a minute while you are still typing,
