Let me take this moment to thank Mr. Mongezi Xaba at Pick n Pay Hazeldean. As someone who recently started doing deliveries with Mr D, things can sometimes get confusing and frustrating. Today, Mr. Xaba came to my rescue when I almost left the store with parcels that weren’t wrapped or covered in plastic. It was raining heavily, and I didn’t know what to do. With a big smile, he patiently asked me to wait while he put all three parcels into plastic bags. I was honestly surprised, because most people didn’t seem to care that I was about to walk out with paper bags in such heavy rain. When I asked for help earlier, no one assisted me — until Mr. Xaba stepped in. Thanks to him, the parcels arrived safely, and the client really appreciated the effort. Thank you so much for your kindness and assistance, sir. Pick n Pay Hazeldean is truly in good hands.
I’m really angry and disappointed at the moment. On Monday, 31st of March, I dropped off my parcel at PEP Boulders Mall, Midrand. Then on Thursday, 3rd of April, I received an SMS stating that my parcel had arrived at PEP Inveraan. However, when my niece went to collect it the following day, she was informed that there had been a shoplifting incident the day before, and that my parcel was among the items ******. I politely asked the staff to have someone from PAXI contact me regarding the matter. Today is the 8th of April, and I have still not received any communication from PAXI. The parcel contained valuable items meant for my clients. Below is a list of the contents: 3 hardcover photobooks (worth R1,500) 3 x 32GB SanDisk USB drives (worth R360) 3 USB holders (approximately R50) 2 gift bags (R50) 2 meters of bubble wrap used for packaging (R50) My name is Thapelo Nkgoeng, and my contact number is 084 735 3400. I was surprised when they asked me where I shopped, as I only come to pay my installment. They even remembered the times and dates of my usual payments. I was truly impressed. Keep up the good work, guys. They are true assets to the company
What a horrible experience I had with the Indian gentleman at the counter. Not only was he rude and unprofessional, but he was also yelling at a customer on the phone. His attitude was absolutely appalling, and I couldn't believe he was still employed there. I don't know why they keep him on staff when it's clear he's driving away customers. If you don't believe me, go there yourself and see for yourself. The first time I visited, he refused to let me pay with my card, claiming it was too late and he was closing up for the day. He couldn't even muster a **** smile. It's a shame that such a terrible employee is tarnishing the reputation of the restaurant

Let me take this moment to thank Mr. Bassie Selepe for assisting me with setting up service reminder alerts. I used to forget when my vehicle was due for service, which was financially costly as I would only remember to service the car when it broke down or started making strange noises. This was primarily because I work from home and rarely drive the car. In most cases, I would only realize the car needed servicing after it had already exceeded 4,000 km, sometimes even 2,000 km. He has set up alerts to remind me every 10,000 km, which is 5,000 km before the service is due. I find this reminder incredibly helpful and a huge time and money saver. Thank you once again, Mr. Selepe. You are a true asset to the company. Cheers!"
