Rain, you guys are ***********. You are not protecting your users. You are not delivering the agreed service we signed up for. Our service levels from your side were relatively good in 2025. However in 2026 your service levels dropped to worse than useless. Other networks are actively installing fiber optic cables and this I think somehow has an impact on our service delivery. Connection speeds are low and connection are dropped on regular basis. This has been reported to you but you are doing nothing to resolve the matter. Rain has the rating of the worst ISP in South Africa. Do not sign up with these people.
Rain We remain unhappy with your service. Internet speed range between 0.24 mbs download to 0.12mbs upload. These tests were done on peak – 17 January 2026, 19:15. On the upside our connection is dropped less. Please advse.
Good day Have nothing to do with Rain Internet 4g 5g services. We are experiencing poor internet service. Support for error and down service reporting do not exist. Already they are rated the worst ISP in South Africa. They get you to sign for a subscription and ....****** they are gone. You have zero support. People, it really is not worth it. Don't make the same mistake we did.
Good day guys Your site is poorly designed. 27 failed captcha attempts does not seem right. If you site can't run properly then how can we trust your service ??
This used to be a great site to find jobs however this is no longer the case. I am a job seeker and frequent visitor to this site. However from one day to the next you are forced a applicants to "update your profile " before you can apply for a job. So now from day to day you have to revisit your profile to see what information is suddenly missing. This makes absolutely no sense and I have no idea why the devs have introduced this feature on their site. I have reported this issue to the developers but it appears this issue persists. Very annoying
Do not trust calls from Cell C. I received one I which I was offered a upgrade. I stated I do not want to upgrade at all. This month I find my package was upgraded without my consent. Several calls to Cell C to have this correct has been unsuccessful. I requested evidence of their allegation that I grated consent for the upgrade. All they do is repeatedly state that I have given consent. I did not. Case umbers(s) :509290110, 510061497, 250 1300 2000 5708 refers Don't trust Cell C people. I'm going to get away from this provider as soon as I can.
