Winnings disappeared!!!!
I was playing 12 MASK FIRE DRUMS when I received in error message - error 122. The money I won is now not reflecting. Please assist with resolving this matter.

Hi guys, I have been waiting for my withdrawal to reflect just to be told by the consultant (the guys name is Walter) that I need to re-upload my statements. When I told the consultant that I would be uploading the docs and close my account after receiving my funds he became irate. #JACKPOTCITYISA****
