This is a **** not a legit business
I opened two accounts for my sons and gave notice to close them. They charged me R1 900+ as a fee for cancellation and I promptly paid it. They are still debiting my account ,monthly as if the accounts are active. This is a **** and not a legit business.

VOX USING MY PERSONAL DETAILS WITHOUT MY CONSENT
I am having a nightmare situation with this company. When i received an emailed invoice from them back in March 2024 i informed them that i never contracted with them for a service and i was not utilising an internet service from them, and demanded to see a contract. They emailed me a unsigned contract but at the top they had my accurate details. I demanded to know how they got hold of my information and never got a response to that question. They continued to send me an invoice adding interest on it and i kept informing them i have no contract with them. Latest, they have emailed me a final notice threatening to list me with the credit bureau. I have reported the matter to the Internet Service Providers' Association (ISPA). But I concerned that pending the matter remaining unresolved they might have me listed and i know how difficult it is to get delisted by the credit bureaus. I am even considering paying pending the resolution of my complaint by the ISPA. This is ******** conduct in both their utilising my details without my consent and their ******ing money from me with threats. Even if i pay, it wont be the end of it, I intend to do all within my rights to make sure they do not do this to other unsuspecting South Africans!

It only took less than 15min to seek and get full and satisfactory telephonic advice from an Outsurance agent and amend important details in my life insurance
It only took less than 15min to seek and get full and satisfactory telephonic advice from an Outsurance agent and amend important details in my life insurance. When I got disconnected because of running out of airtime. The agent called me back immediately and I did not have to start from scratch with another agent. Kudos to Outsurance for exemplary service!!!

I had excellent service from Viwe Mazaleni at sales and Jeanne at Finance WeBuyCars East London branch after a disappointment I received from the Richmond branch which sold a car where financing was pending and later approved
