This Place needs a bit of boosting in the sense of commendable service. They are always helpfull and always friendly. I just absolutely like to buy there. I never have to wait for anything as they stock everything. Thank you to the team and the Ladies behind the counter. You are all just awesome.
So they sell Inco Battery Tools but do not keep any stock for these tools. Like grinding disks or cutting blades etc. They do not have any inside knowledge of the product. Please Inco. You promoted your product at Mica but it became just a item on the shelf. Withdraw it rather because that will cause them losing money.
I have asked for a vehicle to be deactivated. They read it wrong and try an deactivate the incorrect one. Then eventually thay deactivate the correct one. Then i asked fro a statement and i get emails after emails where it gets forwarded to somebody else. Now today i get a call from totally somebody else saying he got a mail that i want a vehicle re activated that was de activated a year ago. I told him NO all i want is a statement and a breakdown of what i was paying for over the last month. I am still waiting after so many requests. How difficult can it be. It seems that there is to many people doing the same thing and no system recording job cards or even progress on any call related to a customer
This is more of a suggestion than a complaint. We have been to the restaurant a few times and every single time there is issues. Some of our members sent food back. Others just complan that it is raw or not tasefull at all. Now one can understand it in some way but if they reduce the items on their menu maybe they will be able to get the food taste issue resolved and maybe the rush will not cause some food to go out raw. The rest of the club do not want us to go there in future but i suggest we give it another month and make a visit again. Hope this will actually assist you gong forward.
It is more than a month now. i should be able now to go to social media. How difficult can it be to track the device that i have sent back and return my memory card or supply me with a replacement due to the fact that you have receved the camera surely you can remove the battery and sent it back to me. I have no issue with the food. I have an issue that I have to tip the waiters in cash because if I add the tip in the card payment Spur Meyerton takes 40%. So now I ask the question. Why are you making more money out of the tips as that money should go to the waiters. The waiters says if they speak up they get threatened with lawyers. This should be looked into so that the truth can be spoken. Is it true or false.
I took my car there and knowing that there cannot be something wrong with my aircon they still quote me more than R5k. I said but the car is basically new. Anyway I left and started saving money to get it repaired. I then was told that I should get another opinion and there i was told it need gas. This is now 5 months later and it still work as if it is new. I just think that it is a sad case of money making. I was later told that this company lately all say to customers they need to recondition their pumps. Sad Sad Sad
