Terrible service Staff just doesn’t give a f They give the worst service and then feel entitled to a tip You ask for every damn thing and wait ages before even getting it
Called in today and spoke to Luyanda about a query and she was unwelcoming from the beginning of the call it was as if she’s doing me some sort of a favor and yet I’m a customer of the bank as someone who works for customer support I know how a client needs to be treated when answering with yes she answered with “mhmm” instead of a clear yes at some point the line was breaking I then told her about it her response was “my line is fine fix your line” who the hell does she think she is to address me in such a manner I’m livid when she was supposed to transfer the call so I can rate her service she stayed on the line and didn’t hang up so I don’t get to got to rate her service this is unprofessional and absurd I’m now thinking of changing banks because there’s no way I’m going to have my money with a bank that has no respect for me I’m utterly disgusted and disappointed in the manner Capitec carries itself (yes Capitec since she’s representing you guys)
Rocco mamas kenilworth ****** me my order I ordered food on uber eats and when delivered found that items were missing called them and they said they’ll get a driver to deliver them mind you the call was made at 19:30 on the 19th of July as I’m typing here it’s the 20th of July and nobody got back to me now my money is gone and my food isn’t here it’s so unprofessional and giving *****ing from customers I wouldn’t recommend the place
Ordered on Uber eats my order wasn’t complete things were missing called them and they said they’ll have the rest delivered which was at 19:30 it’s now 21:46 and no communication was made about my food and my money trash service and it’s giving thievery
Worst thing to ever have request for hello doctor at 20 and it’s now 4 and nobody called instead I get stupid messages about how I’ll be called back if you wanna get it don’t for your peace they’re terrible
Went to buy alcohol rubbing at the kuilsriver pharmacy and was met by a rude pharmacist assistant who goes by Tania Smith at first she refused to sell it to me telling me that I need a prescription and when finding out that there’s no such she started yelling at me for being on my phone mind you I am a customer then refused to assist me nor show me her manager I had to ask for her name from someone she then proceeded to call for another customer and yes she did all this right in my presence… I went to a manager Leon Brits who took years 30 minutes to be exact to assist me with my complaint and it wasn’t resolved this is the mos unacceptable thing I’ve ever encountered
A week later after my review on how Wonga claims that I’m in arrears when I’m not and now I have debt collectors calling me claiming I need to pay for a debt I don’t owe all because of this issue they claim to have with their system that’s been going on for a month with being solved , Wonga rep**** to my last review and said they’ll investigate and get back to me well till date which is 5 days later I have not received an form of contact from Wonga just 10 calls a day from debt collectors horrible horrible company it is would never recommend
Got a loan with them and my first installment was the 1st but they deducted earlier then came back again and deducted on the 3rd of Jan I called and was refunded now it keeps saying I’m in arrears and getting calls from debt collectors when my account isn’t in any arrears talked to a consultant by the name Caitlyn who said they have an issue so I must ignore all of those things and yet they’re affect my credit score and I’m getting 6+ calls everyday from these collectors for an account I don’t owe with no communication from Wonga regarding whatever “error” said that they’re experiencing so unprofessional.
