Legit store Baywest Mall I'm lodging a complaint against Legit store Baywest mall Port Elizabeth for failing to take responsibility for a failed transaction and refund . On 15th January 2026 I attempted to purchase an item Legit store Baywest mall Port Elizabeth using Pay Just Now. The payment of R176,65 went through on Pay,just now side, but Legit system showed at time out and no item was issued to me. As the merchant Legit has a responsibility to confirm the failed transaction on the POS System and log a formal reversal request to Pay Just Now. Unfortunately non of these has been communicated to me. I have been left to chase Pay Just now by myself only to receive automated response about high call volume.
Urgent: Refund still not received ref: 5614968 Dear Hello Peter I am extremely frustrated and disappointed by the lack of response and resolution regarding my refund from pay just now and Legit store Baywest mall, Port Elizabeth. On 15th of January 2026 I attempted to purchase an item at Legit using Pay Just Now. The payment of R176 65 went through on Pay Just Now side but store system showed time-out and no item was issued. A staff member tried to contact Pay Just now nothing came out of it. To this date I have not received my refund. My money was taken and I received nothing and no one is taking responsibility. This is unacceptable. What is,even more disappointing the merchant Legit store Baywest mall has also not taken a proper ownership the failed transaction.
On the 17-01-2025 I took my Hyundai i20 for a service. I left it there to be serviced, and I went back to my work. Usually when your car is being serviced they usually call u to let u know if your vehicle is done . I went there seated for the whole 3hrs and no one inform me that the vehicle is done. Later on they called (when I was seating at their guest lounge) that they been trying to reach me with no avail, and that time my phone is the whole time in the palm of my hand. When I got home I noticed that they did not put the the service stamp on my service book. I'm not gonna talk about how they broke my car keys in 2023 and they say they got it like that. I just let it side I'm seating here and wondering if my vehicle was serviced or if they just chowed my R2220.00 I paid. If u will ever see me servicing my car at Hyundai Milnerton please cut me my index finger. I don't know why I keep on going to them because I had a great experience at Hyundai Paarden Island it's just that they were fully booked that day
