Great glass replacement service
Excellent service from Lee Nelson and his team. Prompt response to email enquiries and telephonically, they guys arrived the same day (within 2 hours!) with the correct supplies and they completed the job professionally and quickly. Thanks for great service.

Professional Service
A quick note to commend the service I received 6th May at 13.30 when I called the email support line. Ian (sadly I didn't catch his last name) was extremely helpful and efficiently assisted me in sorting out my apple mail account as well as on putting my email account onto my iphone. In a world of mediocrity his professionalism really shone out and Xneelo should be very proud to have someone of his character representing the company.

Poor Levi's quality
<br> This is to reinforce / confirm the complaint made by LessingT of Cape Town. In the past 2 to 3 years the quality of Levi's jeans has plummeted. I have bought perhaps 6 pairs of 511 jeans and 4 pairs have fallen apart, either at the crotch or at the back pockets. I haven't returned them so can't complain about service, but am curious as to why a brand built on exceptional quality has allowed its name to be so badly damaged. <br> <br> In addition, the jeans seem to be made in several different countries, but the ones that fall apart so badly are all made in South Africa, unfortunately. <br>
