Poor service, they are slow, they are deadline driven, very very low, it seems like they are just going to work just to get paid, I went to nedbank for a loan but it is taking 3 days with being helped. if they don't want to assist us please just close that branch. slow to assist, slow to act on a serious matter
my phone was hacked through MTN call center, I am asking for help for investigation since last year. Mtn call center agent they are doing *****. there is no security at MTN at ALLLLL. because our number s are linked our bank, businesses.
