Excellent product and service
Energy Independence provided and expertly installed my 11kVA 11kWh Off-Grid system about 10 months ago. The installation was carried out in phases, beginning with just a single battery. They later added an 2nd battery and solar panels to setup. Thanks to this system, my home now operates almost entirely independently from Eskom. The financial benefits have been remarkable, with monthly savings of up to R 5000 on my electricity bills. Kreepy Krauly Dominator - DO NOT BUY!!!
I bought a Kreepy Krauly Dominator at MAkro six weeks ago. Since then the unit does not work properly. It doesn't clean the pool at all. I cannot believe that a company would market such a useless product. This is the most useless pool cleaner on the market! Do not buy it! And if you want to exchange or return the Dominator, Makro will not assist you! You will have to contact Pentair and arrange for someone to assess the unit. What nonsense is this!? I did not even purchase the unit from Pentair! I have always only purchased Kreepy Krauly pool cleaners, but never again! Never again!

Makro will not give credit or exchange a faulty Kreepy Krauly Dominator
The Kreepy Krauly Dominator is the most useless pool cleaner ever made. It does not perform it's intended purpose at all. As this cleaner is really not up to the task of cleaning a pool, I wanted to exchange the pool cleaner at Makro Strubens Valley for a normal, entry level Kreepy Krauly that will be able to clean a pool, as it should. The staff at Makro was unwilling to assist and maintained that someone from Kreepy Krauly must first come out to my house to asses the unit. This is nonsense as I did not purchase the unit from Kreepy Krauly, but I purchased it from Makro. The sales manager also confirmed that their very own "Pease of Mind Policy" does not apply to pool cleaners, even though it is not stated anywhere in the policy. The policy does state that defective good will be repaired, replace or refunded within 6 months of purchase. This is not a defective or broken unit, it is a badly designed product and therefor I do not require the unit to be repaired, or replaced. I require a credit note in order for me to buy a normal Kreepy Krauly.
